I'm Michelle Carter, a Certified Director of Nursing, with over 30 years of extensive experience in long-term care and 17 years as Director of Nursing . As a continuing education provider for nurses, a long-term care expert, and a certified coach and trainer in the B.A.N.K METHODOLOGY, I am dedicated to supporting Clinical Nurse Leaders and Directors of Nursing in navigating the challenges of their roles within the long-term care industry. With a strong foundation in long-term care spanning three decades, I am fueled by a profound commitment to paving the way for the next generation of nurse leaders, ensuring they receive the guidance and resources needed to excel in their roles. We do that by education of our proven strategic step by step leadership development blueprint to elevate nurse leaders.
